Welcome to Dipesh Health App, owned and operated by Dipesh Health Care Pvt. Ltd., a legally registered medical clinic based in Udaypur, Nepal. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (hereinafter “App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Introduction

Dipesh Health App is a clinic appointment booking platform that allows users to schedule in-person visits with our licensed healthcare professionals at Dipesh Health Care Clinic. We do not provide video consultations or telemedicine services via the app.


2. Medical Disclaimer

All content provided via the Dipesh Health App is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. All medical consultations are conducted in-person at our clinic, and users are encouraged to seek direct medical attention for emergencies.


3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use this App. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Appointment Booking

  • Users can book, cancel, or reschedule appointments directly through the app.
  • Appointment times are subject to availability.
  • You will receive confirmation via in-app notifications, SMS, or email.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Users may cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Refunds: If a payment was made and the appointment is canceled in compliance with the policy, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed or late-cancelled appointments unless due to verifiable emergencies.

6. Data Privacy & Security

We value your privacy. Your personal data and medical history are stored with the utmost security and compliance with:

  • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
  • Local data protection laws of Nepal

  • All your personal data and medical history will be permanently removed from our systems within 14 days.
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered once the process is completed.

8. App Updates & Availability

We may release updates to enhance app performance, security, or features. You are advised to always use the latest version of the app to ensure optimal performance and compliance with policies.


9. Compliance with Google Play Store & Apple App Store Policies

Dipesh Health App has been developed to meet all applicable Google Play Store and Apple App Store requirements, including:

  • No telemedicine or remote diagnostics – only in-person appointment bookings
  • Proper consent collection for data use and sharing
  • Clear and transparent user control over personal data
  • Secure data transmission and storage
  • Easy opt-out, cancellation, and deletion mechanisms

11. Intellectual Property

All content in the Dipesh Health App, including but not limited to logos, graphics, UI elements, and text, is the intellectual property of Dipesh Health Care Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


12. Modifications to Terms

Dipesh Health Care Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


13. Limitation of Liability

Dipesh Health Care Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app
  • Health outcomes from delayed visits, incorrect user-entered data, or noncompliance with medical advice

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaypur, Nepal.


By using the Dipesh Health App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
