To book an appointment:
Download and install Dipesh Health App.
Register using your mobile number or email.
Choose the department or doctor.
Select a preferred date and time.
Confirm your appointment.
You’ll receive a confirmation via app notification, email, or SMS.
Yes. You can:
Cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
Reschedule appointments up to 12 hours before the visit, subject to availability.
Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours before the appointment.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior (except emergencies).
Full refund if the clinic cancels or reschedules and you don’t accept the new time.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
